here is a formula that places bands a percentage away from a MA

Under the parameters tab

pds double 21 10 1000
Pct double 5 .1 15


MV: EMA(C,Pds),ColorBlack;
TBnd: MV*(1+Pct/100),ColorBlack;
LBnd: MV*(1-Pct/100),ColorBlack;
