Creating a new signal template using ENTRYEXIT_STATE

I am not a programmer....I am a retired engineer who made hard products.....used many a software but never had to really program. I like your software very much. I read, with interest, topic139 which referred to making a new signal template from the many entry/exit system scan pairs of scripts that you provide. I would like to do that with a number of the system entry/exit scan pairs. But even though I've spent a few dozen hours looking at this topic and trying to use the ENTRYEXIT_STATE and trying numerous permutations.....I just can't get my template to run. I just don't get it. Do you think that you or someone could create a new signal template using your ENTRYEXIT_STATE script for some one pair of entry and exit system scans as an example for me? This would give me a concrete and working template from which I can look at to make others. This would be a great help to me. Thanks.
