Is it possible to have more than one security symbol set?

Can you batch load a security set?

Hi Tom,

The ETF Trading Bandit software does not have the option to store different symbol sets but there is a workaround that can help.

The symbols used by the program are stored in this file:
{Documents}\EdgeRater\ETF Trading Bandit\Symbol Lists\symbols.txt

It is an ASCII text file and you can open it in any text editor (such as notepad).

So the workaround would be to put your different symbol sets into files in this same directory and then change the name of the one you want to get signals for to 'symbols.txt'. Then you would have to hit the 'update data' button in the application and you would then get the signals for that list.

I know it's not ideal and you can add an 'idea' to have this feature considered for the future.

Thanks,
Chris.
