They are both contained within the System Scans group of the Chart Scripts named HighClose and LowClose.

Yes there is. Your Edgerater files are at Documents/Edgerater The symbol lists are text files, one per list, in the Symbol Lists folder and your Chart Scripts are in a XML file in the Chart Scripts folder.
